"A good hotel,clean and cozy."

"Very good"

"Amazing place, very safe. Great location since it’s close to a tube train as well. No a/c but not a problem."

"We have been working remotely and traveling for 12 months and this was literally the worst stay we’ve had. The carpet was so disgusting that we didn’t remove our shoes. The “kitchen” was bare and broken. The only redeeming quality was a good bed and clean linens."

"The spacious kitchen was easy to use and met our expectations. However, there were two disappointing aspects in the bathroom. One was that the exhaust fan didn't work. The other was that the sink drain tended to get clogged. Also, since the shop downstairs is open 24 hours, noisy young people occasionally show up at night."

"Great place I love it "

"Great for families or 2 couples, close to train ans surrounding venues for food etc"

"Handy location to trains for inner London and Heathrow. Nice neighborhood."

"Everything per"

"Great location. Great facilities. Great communication."

"A great property. Nice system for check in & excellent support from City Relay team. Few suggestions Wall hangings to be properly set. Garbage place is dirty as other flat occupants A & B did not maintain a proper disposal. Heater is not working on water heater mode. "

"Decent stay. Feels safe as you need to scan a keycard to enter the building and use the elevator. A bit noisy since it’s right on the Westway. Hot in the summer because there’s no AC or fan provided. Amenities include a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and freezer, as well as a pot, pan, a few plates/glasses/bowls, but no cutlery or anything. You can feel the literal springs through the mattress which was extremely uncomfortable. On the bright side there’s a gym included (free) and a laundromat...

"The place is generally clean and the staff friendly. The presence of a washing machine and an additional fan upon request are two pluses. My room albeit on the ground floor has its small single window facing a wall only. The bathroom facilities tend to be a little too basic."

"Very lovely location and comfortable flat. Great communication and was very helpful to help me retrieve an item I left behind. So clean and well stocked."

"Really clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable apartment with nice bedrooms, including one with an ensuite which made sharing the apartment easier as we had two bathrooms. "
