편안한 풍경에 잘 조화로운 호텔
주변에 식당이라던지 마트가 있지는 않습니다 다만 가까이에 패밀리마트랑 세븐일레븐이 있고요 호텔에 식당이 3개 있어서 나가지 않더라도 식사는 가능합니다. 메뉴수는 그리 많지는 않습니다. 대도시 호텔에 비해서는 전체적으로 아담하지만 예쁘게 잘 꾸며져 있고 풍경도 좋아요.

기분좋은 호텔
몇번째 방문이지만 항상 기분좋습니다. 친절한스탭,쾌적한 룸... 단지 이번엔 호텔에서 예약날짜를 잘못 알고 있다가 원래 예약했던 룸과 다른 룸을 주었습니다. 급히 준비한 방이라서 그랬는지 항상 제공되던 웰컴과일도,캐슬도 없었지만 룸,욕실 청소도 깨끗하고,조식도 괜찮았습니다.

ปกติพักที่โรงแรมนี้ตลอด ถัาได้ไปทำธุระที่ขอนแก่น สะดวกทั้งที่จอดรถ เดินทางไปไหนก้สะดวก พนักงานบริการดีมาก แต่รอบนี้ขอติเรื่องสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกนิดนึง ตอนเช้าเหมือนไฟห้องน้ำไม่ติด แอร์ดับ ปลั้กไฟใช้ไม่ได้ ไม่สามสารถชาจมือถือได้เลย ผ่านไปสักพัก ไฟห้องน้ำและแอร์ถึงติด แต่ปลั้กไฟก็ยังไม่สามารถใช้งานได้เหมือนเดิมครับ

I have spent almost 200 nights at this hotel and every time I return, my stay is wonderful. I come with my Father, my wife and our grandchildren at least 3 times a year. The pool is magnificent and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and well appointed with a stacked minibar. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of food each morning to satisfy any palate, cooked to order eggs and omelets, pastries, bread, cereals and delectable Thai and Asian dishes. The staff is top notch; very gracious and accommodating and super helpful with any requests. And the London Inn Pub and Restaurant makes absolutely fantastic cocktails, has a great selection of wine and beer, with a pool table and very often live music. The manager, Miss Pan is a wonderful manager who always makes my family feel very welcome and at home there. Check in is simple, quick and efficient and special thanks to Miss Muwee who is always super helpful, kind and courteous when we check in! I highly recommend the Avani Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre for families, single travelers and couples - it is a wonderful resort like hotel in lovely Khon Kaen.

The hotel is visited my local Thai for conventions, weddings and events and not overrun by tourists. Staff and hotel are excellent! My only suggestion to update their TVs to a bigger and more internet friendly version. Great place to stay if you want five star quality service and facilities.

Excellent resort-like hotel with world class staff and facilities! This hotel is absolutely wonderful in so many ways! The staff, led by Miss Mam, are consummate professionals, polite and diligent and eager to make their guests have fantastic trips. From the moment you check in at the reception desk the staff make you feel like you are family coming back home. This is the twelfth time I’ve been a guest at Avani Hotel Khon Kaen and it gets better every time! There are 5 restaurants on the property and the breakfast spread each morning is wonderful. Made to order eggs and omelets with a wide variety of foods that will please every palate. There is a poolside bar and gorgeous swimming pool with a water cascade at the end of the pool. Delicious cocktails and you can order food off the menu of any of the 5 restaurants to eat poolside. The property has a nice bar called The London Pub, right next door to their great coffee and cake shop. Excellent staff in both places; excellent baristas and mixologists. The bar has a pool table and foosball table, with live music and top shelf, premium spirits and alcohol. Love this hotel!

It was an OK stay. We did not spend much time in the hotel. Only for a sleep as we are spend most our time outside visiting my husband family. It actually our 2nd years anniversary and 5 months reunion as mentioned in the booking. There were nothing that the hotel could have made it more special even tho it a 1 night stay. Bathroom amenities were missing. There are no dental care kit. Which we find that very odd. Room are okay, but did not feel that the bed sheet is new. Staffs were friendly and polite. All in all it's an OK stay. Could be much better.
