"Room was alright, pretty clean and quite spacious. I had a single. Breakfast is early so prepare to be up if you want it. I accidentally paid for two separate bookings and they helped me with no issues. Worth the price!"

"Perfect downtown location. Modern and clean interior. The only negative would be the noise level. From the road, but also from next door and upper rooms. Earplugs are provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will book again."

"The adage "You get what you pay for" describes this hotel perfectly. I half expected to find Magic Fingers attached to the bed. I was in town for a week for a training and it satisfied what I needed. They do not provide breakfast unless it is an "Event" weekend for WSU. There are no amenities other than a room and access to an ice machine that is on the second floor and behind a locked door. Staff was accomodating whenever I needed something for my room. They do not do daily room cleans unless you ask for them and even then it is every 3 days. Front desk is not available after 8:30 pm and there where at least 2 times that there was no one there and the doors were locked with a note to call. Again, you get what you pay for and if cheap is what you need and a bed to sleep in then Cougar Land Motel is the place to stay."

"Good price and location. Close to downtown area with restaurants. Didn’t swim but pool and hot tub looked nice. Bed was extremely hard. No softness at all. Probably the worst bed I have slept in at a hotel in years. Bring extra blankets or a topper if you stay here."

"The room meets basic needs. A few things that turned us off was the size of the bathroom. Very small and no outlets. Which was hard since that was the only mirror in the place. The bed was to soft, so soft we just roll into the center of the bed all night. The parking out front is a little tight and there are dumpster and over flowing garbage cans. "
