My wife and I had such a wonderful stay at The Courtleigh Hotel & Suites! Even though I normally stick with Hilton, this place completely won us over. The staff were amazingly helpful and always greeted us with genuine warmth. You also can't beat the location—it sits right across from beautiful Emancipation Park and is just a quick walk to some of the best restaurants around. Our absolute favorite part was ending each evening relaxing by the pool, which was delightfully quiet and peaceful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were pleased with the ammenities and accomodations. The Staff were excellent, better than our last stay 3 years ago. One note, Breakfast Buffet food was a bit dry (scramble eggs, pork sausages, sweet yams) due to either the time of being maintaianed warm for too long or at too high a temperature. Coffee, juices all great. Thanks for a great stay.

The cleanliness of this hotel was superb. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Chris shared mangoes with us and the dinner hostess Cedrina, was absolutely wonderful. I would most definitely stay here, when I’m next in Kingston.

The property was amazing. However, customer service was par excellent. It is my opinion they should teach customer service to other establishment. At checking our Bellman met was with ice cold towel to cool our sweating faces. The check in staff were welcoming gave concise run down of amenities etc.Dining room same wonderful positive experiences. Variety of foods to satisfy all palates. same excellent service. Place spotless. I will certainly stay here again and started to tell other people of our great experience. Did I mention location, perfect.

Dear Courleigh The front desk was good. Breakfast was just okay. The room was good. However: I requested an additional pillow but that yet to be received. There was loud gym-type noise above the room mainly during morning hours. Body wash was very skimpy.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Courtleigh Hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff was courteous and welcoming, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Everyone was efficient and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and well run. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in Kingston.

Patrick the outdoor bartender was a breath of fresh air full of conversation and a smile. When we arrived we got a nice refreshing drink as we checked in, Breakfast was good it changed everyday which was nice. Staff very helpful and full of smiles. Taxi service useful they usually park outside the hotel ,Room was clean,refrigerator kept everything cold even froze water bottles.but the toilet leaked water,and no microwave in the room. Food spots were in walking distance so getting food was easy also museums were like 8-10 minutes so reasonable taxi fairs. The food at the hotel was ok but getting food delivered to your table after ordered took forever. Overall experience great would come back.

Warm welcoming vibe the minute we stepped inside....thanks to the friendly, helpful staff we checked in and were in our room within minutes! The room was spotless, beds comfortable and the view of the City of Kingston from my balcony was breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and dinner while there and we will definitely be back. Thanks you so much for providing the service that you do.
