The cleanliness of this hotel was superb. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Chris shared mangoes with us and the dinner hostess Cedrina, was absolutely wonderful. I would most definitely stay here, when Iā€™m next in Kingston.

The comfort and cozy atmosphere sets this hotel apart. The staff always give exceptional service. I hate to name names because I donā€™t remember everyoneā€™s names, but Iā€™ll mention a few. Tatiana at the front desk. Craig. In the restaurant, Charmaine, Joseph, Christine. They consistently offer great service.

Patrick the outdoor bartender was a breath of fresh air full of conversation and a smile. When we arrived we got a nice refreshing drink as we checked in, Breakfast was good it changed everyday which was nice. Staff very helpful and full of smiles. Taxi service useful they usually park outside the hotel ,Room was clean,refrigerator kept everything cold even froze water bottles.but the toilet leaked water,and no microwave in the room. Food spots were in walking distance so getting food was easy also museums were like 8-10 minutes so reasonable taxi fairs. The food at the hotel was ok but getting food delivered to your table after ordered took forever. Overall experience great would come back.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Courtleigh Hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff was courteous and welcoming, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Everyone was efficient and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and well run. Iā€™d definitely stay here again when Iā€™m back in Kingston.

Warm welcoming vibe the minute we stepped inside....thanks to the friendly, helpful staff we checked in and were in our room within minutes! The room was spotless, beds comfortable and the view of the City of Kingston from my balcony was breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and dinner while there and we will definitely be back. Thanks you so much for providing the service that you do.
