“Didn’t receive codes prior to enter but once contacted they sent them … very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable… hard to fill kettle due to small sink and no plug to wet shave Breakfast room well equipped ”

“Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. Tina gave an interesting talk about them, whilst we were able to feed them. Our stay was truly lovely and the sunsets, other wildlife were just the ‘icing on...

“Everything was fantastic after we got our key but what happened was it was too much noisy and in the bathrooms there was no hand wash but room wise fantastic had no problem and hopefully there was a fan there because it gets quite hot in there but overall a fantastic place to go to and I go every 1 to 2 weeks and I like that it’s in one place where I got food near me and corner shops so yeh ”

“Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely...

“Absolutely awful… Stains all over the walls, stains all over the carpet.. Musty smell… It was so bad, we lasted 15 mins, we simply could not stay in that room on the top floor.. We handed the key to a staff member, left the building and rebooked at a hotel 20 metres away.. ”

“We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all fabulous, so helpful and attentive, friendly and very welcoming. The food is excellent, delicious breakfast with so much choice and variety and the restaurant and bar menu was perfect and again delicious. “Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again ”
