“Fabulous location for the city centre, however if you want somewhere quiet you’d be disappointed, we had the window open because of the heat but you can hear all the neighbouring bars and the clocks chime every 15 minutes. Thankfully the chimes do stop around 10pm until morning so doesn’t disturb sleep. Windows sufficiently block noise. The hotel is very basic as expected. Clean but not spotless. Comfortable enough beds but need some firmer pillows! ”

“It was a good trip 2 weeks ago so we booked again! This is our new favourite hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff went above and beyond to help cool our ice packs for a rowing event.”

“Nice place outside Lincoln - easy to find, good parking, nice surroundings. Place is clean and tidy, room decent size with good facilities. Only issue was shower over bath which was fine but would have preferred walk-in. Good eating options at the attached Pub.”

“Very comfortable and clean, super friendly, helpful staff. A little deceiving from the advert that the shower was inside the pod. Walk across to the shower block wasn’t what we expected. Kettle provided but no cups to drink from. ”
