โMy sister and I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special thanks to Terrie for being incredibly hospitable, she went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Great customer service like this really makes a difference. โIt was nice only thing the parking lots was full of white utility trucks parked krissed krossed and we couldnโt park anywhere they had taken all the spots โ
โOriginally had our room of a 1 BR mixed up and not available had us in a 2 queen room. Talked front desk & they had no 1 BR available. Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby. โ
