“We had no working TV limited pillows and an unexpected loud noises though out the night. The breakfast was good nice selection but the hot food was only warm. Not enough room for people to sit in the area. The Hotel Assistant manager was fabulous and address our issues. She gave us a discount and offered an upgrade room if we return. Over all I have changed my rating due to the wonderful response from the staff.”

“Stayed for two nights. It's a small hotel. Everything seemed fine at first, but it was impossible to sleep due to guests playing music and singing until midnight, as well as others being loud in the hallway. The staff didn't clean the rooms but took the tip left on the pillow - absolutely the worst service.”
