“Room was clean and staff was pleasant”

“The property needs some looking after. Generally, it looks as it if needs maintenance and staff. The entrance to the stair way had bird poop all over the railings. And it stay there the entire trip ( 5 days). There was no elevator and I stayed on the top floor. My room was nice due to the space however, the other rooms I booked (3 additional) were okay but the beds were extremely small. There was no toilet tissue nor any complimentary towels like that. There was a tv that didn't work , Wi-Fi...

“This was my first time and not sure if I will be back. The rooms are not sound proof at all. It seems like the other guest were in my room. The security guards allowed my driver to enter the gated property once only during my 3 day stay. We made complaints and nothing was done about it. Instead of lifting the gate to allow my taxi driver in, we had to get out each time and walk around in order to enter the hotel. Also, I ordered a simple bread less burger......and a chicken dinner for...

“This property offers free breakfast with your reservation. We were told that if we wanted lunch or dinner, we had to order the day before. But, breakfast was not ordered in advance as it is included with the room rate. The next day we were ready for breakfast, but the lady in charge of the restaurant had pretty much nothing to offer. Only one of us got a pair of eggs and toast, and the other one got spinach sautéed and toast.”

“Breakfast each morning was good. The staff were great, very friendly. Well maintained and clean property. The room was also clean. The kids loved it. Walking distance to restaurants and easy to get around.”

“The home was authentic Jamaican, gated and secure. I arrived late in the day with an emerging dental emergency. The next morning this required immediate attention. The Hostess Tamara walked with me to a nearby Dental Centre to be successfully treated. As I returned and departed for the International Airport, the host Shane taxied me to the airport for a flat $25 rate as advertised, (airport taxis were asking for $35-$45 for the same transport.) The hosts were welcoming, attentive and gracious....

“When I took a taxi and reached the Pogas suites for check in There was nobody and I called the owner he said the property is under renovation and I asked for refund he told me contact to the Expedia . I paid the extra for the another to stay and find a room. Please kindly refund my amount. Thanks.”

“My family and I had an exceptional 1 night stay. The space was cozy and the environment quiet and relaxing. The owner and host was a pleasure speaking to. The only issue was the limited signage especially for a night arrival.”

“Property was cleaned and quite and a friendly atmosphere. If you like big bathroom, that's a no no but it's small and clean”

“I loved everything about it! It's peaceful, quiet, friendly staff who leave you alone and don't bother you about anything, normal amenities like tea, bottles of cold water and snacks. If you get the 2nd floor I think you would have a very nice view as well. Also I'm a single female traveler from abroad The rooms are safe and you can bolt lock them from inside. The AC is kicking. Loved my stay and will be back soon.”

“The accommodation was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The staff provided clear, detailed instructions, making the check-in process smooth and easy. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, soft pillows, and fresh-smelling linen, which made the stay feel very welcoming.
