I understand that red roof is not the best place! But the photos online made it seem like they had renovated, oh my God, definitely a fake! They have no amenities and what I mean is no ice machine no vending machine machine, they didn’t even have an iron in the room! I spelt something on the floor and when I tell you, I wiped it up, the whole white towl was black, like they have never mop the floors and to think my kids were on the floor playing!! I am gonna definitely try to fight to get my money back, we pay $259 for a two bed! And when I was talking to my family because we all came down for a funeral, they did not pay near that much! I am so disappointed and I’m so disgusted! There’s no hot water This is more like a motel, which is totally fine, but not for the price, you also have a ton of people live in there, and again that’s a motel situation! I’m gonna post a picture of what the towel look like after wiping up the spilled water

The worst red roof we’ve probably ever stayed at maintenance was lacking everywhere. The place was just rundown as you will see in the pictures I will not be staying there again. Floors were filthy paint peeling on the walls inside the toilet looked horrible. Overall lousy stay will not be coming back. We love red roof, Inn, but stand clear of this one

Both Hotel rooms had live and dead bugs everywhere. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was actually blowing in from a dryer in a different location. The was significant mold in the bathroom. The bed sheets were filthy. Dirty dog prints were on the mattresses. Dog and human hair were all over the furniture.

Well where to start.. .. the pool wasn't opened, the internet wasn't stable at all kept going in and out reconnecting and when you asked the Stagg to reset the router please thier reply was "its because of the mountains" then when asked to switch rooms they couldn't that either due to being fully booked, but the parking lot just had 3 cards. To have to pay 80 to 100 dollars a night is/was not worth it... called and talked to choice the company that owns the hotel and rhey filled a paper out and said to give them a call back when I checked out so i did. Just for a lady to say they were giving 1 night on them but they gave you points to book that room which is ok but, only to find out she gave 6000 points but it cost 8000 to book it so when I looked to pay with cash and points it was the same price paying with cash no any kind of discount even if I used the points. When I called and talked to management they said jt was resolved but it wasn't due to the fact I didn't fet that accommodated the free night.

I stayed at this hotel for a week I had nothing but issues at the end. We paid for a long term stay and we told them we had 2 pets checking in we were not informed the second pet would be 15 dollars per day and after paying so much money they wanted to charge more. That's not even the worse part, I'm in a wheelchair and have a uncontrollable bladder. We were being very polite one time we asked for a new bedding. And they were discriminating towards me saying I shouldn't do that and to.do better! We checked out after this to deesclate the situation and they inspected the room to get our money and I track everything with my wheelchair so there was a dirt spot the size of a penny and they claimed it was my boyfriend pooping, worst costumer service ever!

The door was broken, the lock did not work the key card did not work. There’s a gap under the door creating a very cold chill in the room. The room was also not cleaned and looked like it was from 1994. Which isn’t awful if it would have been better taken care of. This also backs up to a entrance to the highway and is very loud. Not worth the money

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the property is run down and disguesting. The owner needs to step up and do better. We stayed 3 nights and if we had other options, we would have left after the first hour. Our room smelled like a stale fart mixed with mold and ciggarettes. The floor was so dirty, our white socks had black bottoms from walking around the room. My husband had to ram his shoulder into the door to get it to open, and there was a giant gap at the bottom of the door that any bug or small rodent could fit under. The bathroom door scrapped the floor and there wasn't a hair dryer. The ice machine did not work, we had to go to the gas station and purchase bags of ice. This property allowed people to live at the motel, adding to the unpleasent atmosphere. Part of the second floor steps where not accessable because the stairs were missing some steps and looked like it had been like that for awhile. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place should be shutdown by the health department. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks to go to a different motel/hotel. I'd poke myself in the eye with a rusty nail before I'd stay here again.
