โOne of the best rooms Iโve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Werenโt rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.โ
โThe location is outstanding. Walkable to numerous dining and entertainment options. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! The rooms are unique and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel had just updated the phone system so there was a small issue but the staff assured us they were working to resolve it. We will return for a future stay. โ
โThe property is great and the staff and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and it was a short walk to the convention center. The only thing I did not like and didnโt realize before hand is the parking at the property is valet only, which was an extra $35 a day. โ

โThe staff were very friendly. Check-in, check -out, and food staff. We got one free voucher for the buffet breakfast which had a decent variety. Definitely would stay here againโ
