Doesnt do what it says on the packet....
Nice hotel ....good location....doesnt provide what it says on the website....this wasnt the cheapest place to stay in the area (15.00 pounds per night)but we picked a superior room thinking by the pics and description it was including a balcony...we were given a key for the room which was on the second floor there was no lift and no help with our luggage.Also you have to remove your shoes whilst in the hotel.When we got into the room it was really clean with a comfortable bed fridge and complimentry water.There was no balcony.When we came downstairs we were asked by reception right away if we would like to pay more money for a balcony...we were also asked if we would like to hire a motorbike at a higher cost of other places in the area....we declined both and hired our bike elsewhere especially as their bikes were in such poor condition.My best advice for your stay in Thailand for Motorbikes ...trips or taxis is to hunt around a little for the best price as you can be easily ripped off...Also this hotel says it provides breakfast at an additional cost which was another reason we chose to stay here.Unfortunately this option does not exist but there is free tea and coffee.It also states roof top bar /hair salon and an adjoined shopping centre all of which dont exist.
