Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if youโre arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldnโt be anybody at the front desk so we werenโt sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. We didnโt pay for breakfast as part of our room rate, but there was a restaurant on site so when we went to try and eat breakfast, we asked if we could eat there. They speak zero English and did not seem to want to communicate with us. but they didnโt seem to have a problem with us grabbing a plate and eating at the buffet when we tried to pay them they acted like we were doing something weird so we just left when we tried to check out. We ask them if they could call a taxi or a tuck tuck for us and they said oh you can just walk. Your next resort is only about a kilometre away. That would be fine if it wasnโt 40ยฐ outside with suitcases dragging down the sidewalk I would not recommend this place service is terrible.
