Romantic stay in Koh Samui
We stayed three nights here and it was just great! Especially the location-I could walk to the beach only in 3minutes. They offer free beach chair and great massage too. And the other side of the hotel, there are lots of restaurants, shops, bars-very exciting!!, which is called Chawheng road! The room interior was so cute and very clean. Only one thing that I was a litte disappointed with was a buffet dinner they offered. There weren't really lots of food and nothing's really special. But overall, we were satisfied with all the services. - I'd love to stay here again if I come back someday.

excellent choice~
It is located on the Chaweng beach and there is a beautiful and clean one. It is also very close to the main entertain/shopping area. It takes only about 3-5 min on foot. It has bath tub with reasonable price and I loved it. Everything is well organized and clean. Receptionists are very kind. Don't forget to book online 'cause it's way cheaper. Enjoy your vacation in Baan samui resort~

Meine Tochter und ich waren super zufrieden.Die ganze Crew und insbesondere unsere Tan sind uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Die Zimmer insbesondere das Bad super sauber.Essen gut, Liegen ausreichend vorhanden, und der Pool schön groß. Wir hatten das Glück an einem thailändischen Geburtstag teilzunehmen was uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat. Außerdem ist die Anlage von dem Lärm der weiter oben statt findet gut entfernt und trotzdem ist es sehr zentral.

We had great time at Baan Samui! The hotel is perfectly located on the nice and quiet part of the beach. Rooms are very clean, there is enough space in the room and overall very nice and cozy. Stuff is just amaizing, always very friendly and polite! Pool is also nice, clean and big enough.

Fantastic place to stay for Chaweng Beach, lots of local shops and restaurants but far away enough from the clubs to get a good nights sleep. Staff so friendly, just awesome

Einfaches, gut gelegenes Hotel
Einfaches Hotel an guter Lage und mit allem was man braucht. Zimmer sind inzwischen renoviert und sind nun up-to-date. Liegestühle und Matten am Strand sollten jedoch dringend ausgewechselt werden. Der Gesamteindruck ist gut und für einfachere Ansprüche ist das Hotel völlig ausreichend, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Didn’t expect too much but left surprised at the level of service done by all staff. All helpful. Room was sufficient but only one thing not the best was extremely hard beds.

Hotel was clean, however is on a very busy road with lots of noise. Staff were ok not massively attentive but did what they needed to do. The pool was pleasant. Didn’t use the restaurant but would avoid the tour desk at the hotel as you can find excursions much cheaper at the tour offices on the street. If you are looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday I’d avoid Baan Samui. It isn’t helped by the Thai boxing advertising vans with blaring messages driving up and down the street all evening and advertising on a boat whilst on the beach during the day

Nice stay in a good location.
Had a good 4 night stay with friend recently. It’s an old hotel with small rooms but it’s in a good location with a great pool area. Restaurant could be a little better, but certainly not bad.

This property Hasan amazing position.Best beach and lovely tranquil gardens. Then walk out the front into the hustle and bustle of the town . where all amenities are so close.

Great hotel, great service, wifi, comfortable.
Overall great location. Awesome service, friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Wifi worked well. Back of the hotel is beautiful beach with free beach chairs and bookable activities around and front is on the street next to shops, restaurants, travel/activity agents, etc. Hotel itself is older, but they've made good efforts to make it look updated and nice. The style is more outdoor with textured stucco rather than clean 5-star look. it was ok. Didn't try either restaurant because the one on the beach was 2-3x higher for some of the same food and didn't look any better, though a great setting. Didn't try the other one because although the live music is a nice touch both night the person they had was really off-key and I found it more annoying than anything. Staff was extremely friendly and eager to help. We had a all-day snorkel trip and they offered a paid late checkout in the evening or if we just wanted to shower we could check out before and use the shower room for free. If we are back we will stay there again. AC and shower worked great, though water wasn't too hot in shower, just warm.

フロントのスタッフの方達は皆笑顔で親切でした。不慣れな英語にも優しく対応して頂きました。 チェックアウトの際は、思いがけないアクシデントで少し動揺してしまいましたが、最後まで付き添ってくれ事なきを得ました。 有難かったです。部屋はビーチから近い場所でしたし、買い物はセントラルフェスティバルが歩いて５分程でとても便利でした。 園庭はとても丁寧に手入れされており、緑や花が生い茂っていて気持ちが良かったです。目の前の海はとても綺麗で、朝の早い時間に泳ぐと可愛いお魚の群れが泳いでいるのが浅瀬でも見ることが出来感動しました。 またバーンサムイリゾートに帰りたいです。
