I am so upset due to this fact and I have contacted the hotel but all they said was they have looked at lost and found and they could not found it....

“전체적으로 깨끗하고 시설이 매우 좋습니다. 다만 조금 아쉬운점은 카바나를 운영중인데 카바나 비용이 생각보다 높고, 무료로 이용하는 베드가 몇개 되지 않아 이용하기가 생각보다 어렵습니다. 직원의 서비스 및 무료이용시설, 맛있는 음식들 등등 매우 좋습니다. 아! 객실내 수질은 좋지 않습니다. 욕조를 이용하려다가 물을 받아보니 색이 노랗게 보일정도 이네요. 필터도 샤워3번정도에 1번씩 교체할 정도 였습니다.
