"Great location and the service was very friendly, helping with bag transfer. One thing to note is that there is no lift to get to the building so less abled people will struggle. "

"This hotel was so good that we canceled our other Tokyo reservations and came back a second time during the same trip. It is really clean, well appointed and well located. We also appreciated that all the staff we dealt with were Japanese. We were on a cultural trip to visit ancestry and this was the staff at the hotel helped us experience a little more than some of the large hotels we visited around Japan."
