“We had an amazing stay. Hotel staff is knowledgeable, professional but mostly makes you feel at home, like family. The building is immaculate everywhere. “The property/views were amazing at this hotel. I found the staff were not knowledgeable about the property and surroundings. They did not know about a secluded beach located across the road for example. Service, although very friendly, was really slow. The restaurant did not have half of the menu and again, very slow service.”

“Staff were all very helpful! Location was great right next to beach and the supermarket. Was Easy to take the bus as the bus stop was quite close. Breakfast was good and the view was incredible. Balcony was great to watch the sunset. The AC was incredible making the room very comfortable.”

“The property communication was great. The reception was warm and friendly however everything else was downhill. There are ants everywhere. They have an ironing board but no iron. Have to say the washing machine worked the best . There is no adequate plumbing in Greece they expect you to dispose of used tp in bins that are so small and tip over. The shower is there in theory. The location is good away from the noise and crowds. Overall not worth the expense and I would not come here again.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights. The entire staff was excellent! Upon arrival, we were given a cold drink. Nice gesture! We were upgraded to a room with a view. The property is beautiful, clean and quiet. Everything was great about this hotel except in the evening the bathroom had a strong urine smell. Not sure what caused it but it was extremely windy when we were there. We told the manager and she said that she would look into this. I would recommend this hotel!”

“I’ve stayed here twice…what a property! Beautiful views of prokopios, and a fantastic breakfast. The only knock against them is the long walk to the beach (which they have a shuttle for during the day, but i really wish they had a shuttle back around dinner time or into the night hours). I’d stay here again if I’m ever visiting Naxos again!”

The bed was so comfortable and they even offered 2 types of pillow, one firmer than the other. The property was located right across from a beautiful beach.
