Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

I had a reservation but closed it.After contacting Expedia, it seems that the manager of the hotel said that she had e-mailed it.But I did not email from the hotel.The pleasant mood fell down the tension at once.
