"Very clean. However the room and bathroom are very small. No space to put luggage except in the floor and needed to be careful not to trip over it. Close to Osaka train station. "

"Everything from the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the room was excellent . The location is a bit away from Umeda and Dotonbori but they are both a short train ride away. The entrance to the Metro is directly beside the entrance to the hotel so access is very easy. "

"The staff was friendly and check-in was easy and efficient. We unexpectedly arrived early than expected but the staff was able to get us a room. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Just an excellent stay. Perfect for a family. Easily walk to the subway and train station. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Also really easy to explore Osaka from here and get to Universal."

"Nice room, very good bathroom supplies, the usual very helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, altho I would have preferred a firmer pillow. Otherwise, an excellent stay. "
