First off, it's very clean and conveniently located right next to the Dotonbori area, offering a wealth of food and nightlife options. Easy access to two or three different subway lines. Also, the staff is devoted. We had a room that, for some reason, wasn't getting a good wifi signal. It was full of bars everywhere in the hotel, except in our room. We informed the staff, who immediately attempted a few unsuccessful attempts to improve the signal. The next day, a new signal repeater had been installed right outside our door, and we had full bars in our room. An email was in my inbox telling me they had done that. TBH, I thought that was impressively professional.

Perfect location just 10min from the main strip/centre which made it a quiet location. Super modern and clean and ended up being our most luxurious hotel that we stayed in during our holiday. Huge rooms and great bathroom too. Only 50m from a Lawson and 7Eleven too. Recommend staying here if you are visiting Kyoto.

Very convenient when going to Universal Studios. There's also a bus station nearby that has services to/from KIX airport. Hotel is also close to train station, convenience stores, takoyaki, tonkatsu, McDonalds, Starbucks.

There’s every thing you need to have except cosmetic

Couldnt fault this hotel for value for money, location and staff were efficient and friendly.
