โThe best hotel in Kunshan!! Location is a bit far from downtown so not so convenient for business trip but perfect for family trip, nice view of lake, service is excellent, food is perfect! nice fitness center & swimming pool, perfect sauna & jacuzzi! Wish they can add nice bar!โ
โThis Holiday Inn actually adjoins the Hualuxe Hotel (both properties are owned by the IHG group). When you arrive, you check in at the Hualuxe reception area. A buffet breakfast is served on Level 1 of the Hualuxe property; guests also have access to the swimming pool on Level 3 of the Hualuxe Hotel. The properties are located in a fairly quiet, leafy area, and it's only a 12-minute walk to the Guangming Road metro station, from where you can get to the centre of Shanghai in just over an hour....
โTaxi sent me to another mercure hotel and that mecure hotel just gave me room and later in morning told me that booking is for another mercure hotel โ
โPersonal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21ยฐC so on hot days it's not conveniente.
Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good.
