Hotel staff and management do their best to ensure the guests enjoy their stay. The staff are very professional and kind. However, the hotel chain can inject more into the property. The building is dated, towels need a refresh and the showers are in need of a make over. Overall the amenities and entertainment provided is good. Mariot can pour more money into refreshing properties
