MS Ayu the hotel manager was great in handling matter I raised, very fair and accomodating. Her staff all are also always ready to offer help. The room in renovated property is so clean, feels new and have a toilet bidet! Thank you all.

the rooms are great. though one of the three i booked had a "window" that just opened out to adjacent hallway. it meant there wasn't very good sound proofing and quite noisy. the rooftop pool is great though a little mossy. Best to call over using the whatsapp messaging as I didn't get any queries answered that way. despite that I would stay again but will try to avoid the inner rooms.

I was Hotels hopping during my week long vacation in Bali (Kuta), staying 1 night or 2 at comparable budget Hotels and I would say this is one of the better ones, conveniently located downtown Kuta which is walkable to evrything from shops to restaurants, though not newest, room is presentable at a very affordable price.

I stayed at the Royal Regantris for four days at the end of May and it was a good stay. It is in an older section of Kuta, so the surroundings aren't scenic but it has its charm. The room I stayed in was renovated and cleaned every day, but I saw bugs in the shower a couple of times. The rooftop pool area is a great place to swim, chill and grab a meal or a drink. So is the front patio area. I grew found of the guard cat, that lives on the property. The biggest asset the hotel has is its staff. They are top-notch. Fera was among the receptionist that made my stay comforting and she asking with everyone else, always greeted me with a smile! If you want a mid-priced hotel, in an are with restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, convenience stores and laundry services, the Royal Regantris should fit your needs.

The staff are amazingly helpful and so friendly. The room is spacious and bathroom comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent just what you need in the humidity. The bed is comfortable and rooms are super clean. Everything you need to stay here and close to beach, shops, walking and taxis. Roof top pool is excellent for a swim and relaxing. Room service and pool service was also great

Great family stay!

Lovely hotel, particularly the new part which we stayed in. Pool was also lovely, as were all of the staff. 5 minute walk to the beach. We had 3 double rooms, and some of the sheets appeared not to be as clean as we would have liked, as were some of the towels.
