They were very easy and communicative, for the amount it costs it is very spacious and a quick walk to the bus stop / metro or a 15 minute walk to Kyoto station is very nice. A quiet area of town with a lot of local amenities, I would recommend this for a long term stay as it is very comfortable.

Only gripe i have is the address was unclear for English speakers, the hotel name should be included in the address as i spent 2 hours at the wrong place because of it, otherwise very nice and affordable.

日中は観光のため寝泊りメインで家族で利用させていただきました。扉の鳴りと1階階段通路にゴミ袋の山で通り辛かった以外は、とても綺麗に清掃されていて静かでしっかりなる事ができ設備も問題なく使用できましたので価格的にとても満足です。
