Great room, clean and well kept. Location was also a plus. Only complaint was we could smell the smoke in the lobby from the smoking room a few times which aggravated a family members lungs.

Spacious and clean rooms, modern hotel close to easy transportation. The breakfast is not served in the actual hotel but a nearby establishment, that selection was a bit limited so keep that in mind if you want a la carte options those are not included.

Nice room, a tad dusty. The windowsill and lamp had noticeable dust on them. Hotel staff was nice enough, didn't interact much with them. It was in a very narrow alley that was a little sketch when a car would come through and you're walking. A walk to the train station/bus stops.

We thought that the rooms were very quiet and comfortable and the bed was also comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is perfect close to Omiya and Shijo stations and buses with short 9 or 28 bus ride to Kyoto station. Also walking distance to Nishiki market.

Great location, shops and public transport nearby. Only thing is softer mattresses, they are to hard and maybe bigger cups for the ice machine. But would stay there again
