Must prepaid the whole stay, meaning you cannot move out even you are not happy with the hotel in the early stay. Difficult to communicate with front desk for in English for assistance. Better to Google.

Compact room but great use of the space. I appreciated the mini fridge, slippers and night gown that were free to use with the room. There was also a microwave in the lobby along with free coffee. I communicated just fine with the staff in English, they were accommodating for storing luggage early before checkin. The lobby was nicely decorated. I love the giant stone/moss ball.

Very polite and friendly hotel staff helped us in every situation.The rooms are small, clean and useful. The location of the hotel is very good, 150 m from the metro stop. 清掃が雑なのか水回りがカビだらけ、黒カビやシャワーカーテンはピンクのカビで強烈な臭いがした。スタッフに臭うことを伝えたら部屋を変える対処をとると言ったが、代わりの部屋もカビだらけで臭かった。新しい施設なのにここまでカビが目に見えると清掃が足りてないと感じた。 スタッフは私はカビの臭いを感じないので…。と言われたため、結局部屋は買えなかった。 部屋は狭く、アメニティも最低限。 朝食もサラダやフルーツはなく質素でした。 コスパは高いと思うのでリピートは無しかと思います。 The bathroom was moldy and smelly.Poor price/performance.The room is small.
