"I stayed at this hotel last year and it was just as amazing if not better than the last. Hotel and room was clean. The staff was accommodating and patient. The area was quiet during the night and convenient for transportation around Tokyo. "

"This was the best accommodation for our trip. Walking distance to the train station, supermarket very close by and dozens of options for dining, and very affordable. We loved the quiet atmosphere and the friendliness and accommodating nature of the locals, a very pleasant stay. The accommodation was cosy for the six of us, but it was great as we spent most of our days exploring Tokyo and was basically only there to sleep. Highly recommend this district and this accommodation!"

"This is a love hotel which is used as a business hotel too. I'm a media coordinator and I often have to place foreign guests in hotels according to their budget. Well this hotel exceeded my expectations. The price is relative low and has parking (very rare in Tokyo) the rooms are huge for Japanese standards and spotless clean. You have all the frivolities of a love hotel, jacuzzi, free condoms, lots of video channels, skincare products, a nice big bed, a karaoke machine, a computer in your room...

"Several people remembered me from prior visits and acknowledged me spontaneously though low key in the Japanese way. They included staff from front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. No better way to get things started. Art Hotel has it all: best prices, great location in an overlooked neighborhood, delicious food and, most importantly, people who understand genuine hospitality. "Great hotel and area for tourists. Clean rooms with attentive staff. Only downside was the Godzilla terrace was closed for construction. Would definitely stay again!"
