I made a cup and poured the hot water into the kettle to keep it warm freeing up the coffee maker for another guest. When I went to make my second cup, the water was not hot only lukewarm. On Saturday morning as I was entering the hostel after leaving for breakfast a doormat at front entrance slip as I stepped on it and I fell to my knees. Please remove the mats or make sure they are secured to the floor. ...

“세계 20개국 이상을 여행하며 지금 껏 묵은 숙소 중 정말 최악일 정도로 불친절했습니다. 짐 보관 조차 안해주고 짐보관을 요청하면 숙박을 요구하는 정말 말도 안되는 불편함을 느꼈고 방 배정 역시 상주하는 인원들이 일을 하는바람에 하루종일 불을 끄고 생활하는데 거기에 방 배정을 해줘 정말로 최악의 경험을 했습니다. 할머니분이 주인같은데 너무 불친절합니다. 본인의 과실로 입실은 1시간이 넘게 늦어졌지만 숙박객의 부탁(수건 대여, 보증금까지 주겠다고함)은 100프로 들어주지 않고 컴퓨터적인 답변을 합니다.”
