“The app to let us in was never set up properly, so we had to use a keypad code. Not a big deal. We arrived in VA on a 10am flight, and could not store our luggage at the building anywhere. So for the first day, until 4pm, we dragged our luggage all over DC. They have a building front desk person, and a room behind the front desk. We were surprised that they offered no luggage storage in that room for a few hours. Only 2 towels, and no wash clothes. Had I known, I'd have packed wash clothes. Nice...
