"As someone who is super picky about cleanliness this place was top-notch especially the restroom. I love the shower. Also the staff was super helpful and attentive. Haven’t had a chance to visit the bar, but I’m sure it was super cute. Arlo‘s are my place to stay wherever I go."

"The staff was awesome super friendly and all smiles. Very helpful when asking for place to go in the area for dinner. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were update probably not long ago. For the money a great hotel. It was a last minute for me to book. The White House was not but a half mile walk with a ton of restaurants close by. "

"I didn't get a chance to experience the bar or the rooftop. That is on my agenda for the next stay. Staff was wonderful. View was great. I enjoyed the decor. Room was clean over all, it was just a few minor things that could've been better. Like tile in shower needed to be scrubbed for spots. Sink had a leak. "

"Nice hotel with awesome beds and pillows. Breakfast was the normal eggs, sausage, etc that most hotels that continental breakfasts are. Coffee was decent. The staff are amazing and friendly and helpful. You have to Uber to get around town but the drivers are friendly and helpful. There’s a really good restaurant across the street that has all kinds of food, normal prices you’d find anywhere nowadays. I’d stay again for sure"

"Rooftop terrace was advertised which is why I booked and this hotel had no rooftop. The room was not properly cleaned as there was hair in the bathroom "

"Everything about the Riggs was delightful except the bar. The service was extremely slow with indifferent service. The room was great, check in was fast and friendly, and the front desk was extremely helpful. We will stay there again, but the bar really was pretty bad."
