“Apartment was as advertised. I enjoyed the modern kitchen. The apartment was very clean. If you are getting a parking space ask for number to text to open garage door which is on the side of building before you get there. It is within walking distance of Howard University.”

“The room was dirty, dog hair, urine on the toilets, hair on the bathroom floor & in the tub. Gfi outlet didn't work. Toilet bolt broken in master bath, 1 out of 4 lightbulbs working in ceiling light. Picture on expedia is not what we got. Any type of drug you wanted being sold outside the apartment hotel. Weed smell everywhere. Cigarette smell in bathroom very strong, even after 5 day stay. Not a safe environment. No shops nearby.”
