โAbsolutely incredible hotel that we happened upon on a whim. Brand new, absolutely stunning and Johnny the concierge made our night and had us feeling right at home despite the grandeur of the establishment. Canโt recommend this place enough and shout out to Johnny โค๏ธโ
โClean and spacious area. Owner/broker of the unit was responsive to emails. Had an initial difficult time check in. I requested for the unit owner to send me communication via email address. And it was better. Will come back here again. โ
โLovely hotel. I liked the amenities. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. It was a convenient location and super quiet too! Super charming!
If I had to say anything negative; some of the staff was kind of dry, and if you have large luggage it can be a bit of a struggle if you are on the second or third floor (due to there being no elevators). BUT itโs understandable that they donโt have an elevator.

โOne of the most relaxing and memorable stays Iโve had in years. Swann House is every bit as charming as I remembered from 20 years ago. The owners are so warm and welcoming, and Christine, the Inn Keeper, is not only a gracious host but also a great cookโbreakfast each morning was a real treat. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood, and just a short walk to Dupont Circle station, which made it easy to get around without needing a ride service. โI recommend the hotel, locating Dupont circle, 1 min walk from subway station, Starbuck is next door, many restaurant near by.
Bar and restaurant offer delicious food and drinks. Clean and comfortable with kind staff. โ

"I liked the room condition in general! It was cozy and had all the equipment. However, the shower booth didn't have a door, making it easy to wet the floor. In terms of location, it was a bit distant from the metro station, and personally, I felt the blocks between the metro and the hotel was not 100% safe.. "
