“Effectively everything was handed first class and very courteous. Clean, beyond secure residential safe home situated in a gated community. Very central to what makes for a great trip groceries, medical and police. I loved it ”

“This was a great choice for me and my family. We had a great stay. The staff was nice but they could have been more warm and friendly. The rooms themselves were clean and maintained well. I like that it was like an apartment (it had a fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, and plates/cups). The breakfast was good. The location was great for us because we were able to walk to the mall that's nearby and it was a short drive to downtown San Jose.”

“I only stayed one short night. The room was spacious and clean, but bare bones. No lamp or bedside table. There was a really strong smell coming from the bathroom. Like the pucks they use in men’s urinals, but really strong. ”

“The room was great, well-stocked, very spacious, and the staff were excellent. The only annoying thing was that there was a humidifier that no one told me about that I had to empty myself every day. Apart from that, highly recommend! ”
