In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"An absolutely lovely hotel, really clean and smart and modern with very helpful staff. large car park, both above and underground with easy access to the hotel. Large gym, probably one of the largest I’ve been to in a hotel, with fantastic pool and spa area. Large bar and restaurant area with outdoor garden seating. Large rooms with large bathroom and great air conditioning. Quiet rooms with and we had a large balcony, but as it was at the back of the hotel no lake view. The hotel is across the road from the lake, with restaurants and bars and shops within walking distance. Annecy is within walking distance, it is a longer walk or a short taxi ride away, but nice to walk along the lake in the evening."
