"In the heart of Downtown (Centro) of Guayaquil, so may things are here and in walking distance, came by multiple times to drop off shopping. Place was spacious, had a mini fridge, a tv, as well as soap and shampoo. Was very comfortable, my only slight complaint is that the walls are pretty thin, you can hear the neighbors music and speaking, however, everything else was good and I'd stay here again in the future! "The neighborhood itself was a little rough and walking around required heighten awareness. The property was very secure. There were four doors and four keys to get it to the apartment. Three of them were iron security doors. Orlando was very accommodating and friendly and the little watch dog, I called Scooter, was a treat. He welcome me with cheerful tail wags and calf nudges every time I returned to the apartment."
