“The spa was excellent, i have mobility issues and the pool is down a steep staircase but manageable if you take it carefully. Maggie and Simone gave us fantastic massages and facials and the facilities were great, really relaxing . The hotel itself was wonderful, location perfect, a bit confusing as to where reception is but apart from that it was perfect. Prosecco on arrival, top notch breakfast, loads of choice and all of the staff are so friendly, Elephantus was so helpful on reception,...

“The premium room was excellent with balcony and views over St Helier & to the sea. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and a spacious bathroom with shower & bath & underfloor heating. Staff were very polite & friendly. The walk to the town is about 20 minutes, but there is a bus stop outside the hotel. Also they run a shuttle bus. The food for breakfast, lunch & dinner were excellent & cooked perfectly.”
