"Booked this hotel for our engagement celebration. Started off not so great as there were significant differences in what was booked (interior garden view vs where the room was (exterior parking lot view). Was told the balcony on our room was the “garden view.” Then was told the balcony “equaled” the garden view - Was almost surreal. Initially we did not get any reasonable solution and was told to check back in the morning. Had to ask several times for an explanation and solution. My guess is that the manager actually figured out what was happening and took care of the discrepancy. We were ungraded and sent champagne. I have to thank whoever did the right thing in the end. The problem was taken care of and we ended up having a nice time here. Our rating would have been better had this initial problem not happened. We thought it only fair to raise the issue in the review but also explain that it was ultimately addressed"

"I was choosing between three hotels all near the beach and I’m so glad I picked the Pantai. Besides it’s fabulous location and free breakfast, the staff is incredibly helpful. Plus there is a golf cart that the staff will readily use to take you around town. It was hot and humid, which they say is very unusual but we ended up using the golf shuttle, cause it was a fast and breezy way to go to many of the farther locations we would normally walk. The air-conditioning was beyond excellent. When I saw the other two locations, I considered I was doubly glad we picked the Pantai There were also free cookies, free drinks, nonalcoholic offered. It was an excellent excellent stay"
