Room was kept very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the location, it took about 20 min to walk to Malecon. So take Uber.

This hotel was fine for 2 nights, but not close to the water. The breakfast was tasty. The bike rentals were a great addition! Rooms are small, but clean.

Good room, great breakfast and very helpful staff, the toilet is a little small but not a big problem. Only shame is there is no socket next to the bed, only place is to charge on the table at the other corner to the bed.

Daily breakfast was good. There were food options. The washer worked yet the dryer has been out for a while according to staff laundromat opens like once a week or so. Shuttle service to airport was not available as vehicle was out of service.

The free breakfast was OK. The waiter didn’t refresh the dishes when they were empty. The dining area was messy. Location was excellent and the accommodations were super small but adequate.
