"En general es un buen hotel sin embargo hay cosas que se pueden mejorar: 1.Deberian de usar tarjetas de plástico para las toalla en vez de un papel que se moja fácilmente. 2. Deberían dar acceso a las cabañas sin costo extra o condicionamientos a los huéspedes. 3.Hay entretenimiento para niños los fines de semana pero también debería haber actividades que incluyan a todos los huéspedes, tal como volley ball de alberca, acuaerobics, bingo o lotería con premios y juegos de alberca donde puedan participar huéspedes de todas las edades. 4. Sería bueno tener paquetes de todo incluido opcionales con bebidas alcoholicas o sin ellas 5. Asignar personal para limpieza de la playa, hay basura que se acumula durante el día. Por lo demás, los desayunos y cena buffet son muy buenos y convenientes. El personal es muy amable y atento. En definitiva si regresaríamos a este hotel"

"The room was clean all time, very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast included is the best option, always try to choose it when booking your room. The weather was amazing, sunny days with temperatures range between 77 to 95. The property still need some updates, but taking that hurricane Otis hit almost 3 years ago there are some areas almost ready to start operation."

"Cleaning lady very helpful,the staff front desk needs to be friendly and from balcony nice view to the beach very close to everything market,restaurant and buses take you everywhere along the beach for15 pesos (1dolar)"
