โBrilliant location, on the headland with views of the sea from the restaurant and our bedroom. Staff very friendly, excellent gluten free options particularly the cinnamon cheesecake! and they willingly let us use their big white towels on the beach when we didn't bring our own. Really lovely 2 day visit.โ

โthis is a wonderful hotel, a hidden gem just outside the town, but a pleasant walk via its gardens. it has a super pool, often we were the only ones using it. the food was really good, staff friendly and helpful. a lovely place to stay.โ
โPosition of house was very good although there was no parking which is inconvenient.
The furniture is old and very tatty
The central heating didn't work terribly well.
We enjoyed our stay, there is lots of space but feel the place need some decorating and some newer furnishings โ

โStayed for one night on the way home with the family. Lovely place, very clean and welcoming. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Just a few minutes walk from the Downs.

โIgnore the bad reviews. This is the second year running Iโve came here with my children. The hotel is clean and the staff are really polite and helpful itโs cheaper than the other hotels in the area as itโs being refurbished the rooms are decent and lovely views if you get a sea room. โ
โThe location was great because itโs not too far from the beach but itโs much quieter than the places on Belgrave Road. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great with nice quality sausage and bacon. Hosts are very welcoming. โ
โAbsolutely perfect. Exceptional hosts. Breakfast outstanding. Very clean. Iโd say spotless and that is important to me. Had everything I needed for a relaxing stay and the extra treats were lovely. โ
