“We loved The Nici hotel i Newquay! The staf was amazing, clean and nice room, and the location was perfect.
The hotel had only been open for a month when er were there, so the pool was not ready yet. But we got a free massage and the kids could have a free surfinglesson if they had wanted to.
It is close to everything in town, so we walked everywhere.
We really liked this hotell, and would stay there again if we're coming back to Newquay!”

“Location good and parking available.
Property a little tired but room clean and adequate for a short stay.
Tea/coffee in room.
Walkable to a local co-op which was useful, not a lot available for eating facilities though hotel has restaurant onsite.
We drove out of town for sightseeing.
Swimming pool onsite which was great- in need of some TLC but adequate for relaxing and cooling off (though heated all year round). Would recommend for a short stay. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“They was no air conditioner the room was to hot at night to sleep. Was seagulls outside wake up at 5,o’clock ,so we didn’t sleep much. Staff didn’t come in to empty bins and change the towels they should of this as weather was so hot ,swimming pool was lovely as it was cold as the weather was so hot ,staff was friendly. We had a lovely time in Newquay”

“I've traveled more than 20 countries and of course stayed many hotels. However, this hotel was the best for our family in terms of services. They had separated restaurants for family and adults (only) so that kids can have more freedom. In front of hotel, there are very well equipped playground for kids as well. Staff members were kind and they booked tours for us as well. Swimming pool and indoor spa are free; but, you should pay extra for outdoor spa. We will definitely come back to...
