"Beautifully situated hotel overlooking lake Albano offering excellent views. There is a seasonal rooftop outdoor pool as well as an inside pool/solarium. No restaurant for evening meals but well presented continental breakfast included. It's only a 10min walk to the charming old town with lots of restaurants and cafes etc. Also a short (but steep) walk to the train station. Unfortunately, there weren't many guests when we stayed and the hotel felt a little lacking in atmosphere. The main terrace and solarium areas were reserved for an event and not available to us during our stay. Our room window glazing panel was permanently steamed up obscuring the fabulous view and the rooftop pool appeared unfiltered and missing tiles. Overall, great location, friendly and attentive staff with magnificent views but needs a little maintenance here and there."

Despite the convenient location, it feels peaceful and rural—a comfortable place to get a good night’s sleep. This isn’t a luxury stay. The facilities are older, with the rustic character you’d expect from a farm. Breakfast is simple, with morning coffee and toast. What made our stay special was the people: they were kind, caring, and attentive throughout our visit. We recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet stay and a warm welcome."
