“The room was clean overall and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The shower floor did appear to be stained, however, not sure if it is water deposits building up over time or a lack of proper cleaning. The sheets also had some stains on them; for me it made me wonder briefly if they were clean. Made for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep.”

“The room was relatively clean but the floors were dirty. Staff was pleasant and helpful.”

“만족합니다 청결하고 깔끔하고 방도 큼니다. 다만 지역이 습기가 많아 좀 눅눅하네요”

“Very nice”

“Very pleased with the hotel & cleanliness of the room.”

“They noted on their website that they had a $50 deposit for pets as well as $10 per night per pet. What they didn’t tell you was it was a $50 nonrefundable deposit. Also it came with the kitchenette. There were no doors on the cabinets no pots or pans in the drawers no silverware. No coffee maker or clock. When we arrived at 5 o’clock the room was still being prepared. Missing a bedside nite stand.”

Nous avons des réservations à toutes les fins de semaines dans des hôtels au Canada et Etats-Unis, cet emplacement est de loin le pire jamais vue. La chaîne hôtelière Qualité Inn n'est plus pour moi une option malheureusement.”

“D at the front desk and Eric (who was making sure the lobby area was clean) were extremely friendly and helpful. So was the person who checked us in the night before. Lovely accommodation, lovely staff.”

“When you first arrive at the hotel, you’d have to go through the horrendous potholes that almost took my car out. Before going into our room, the key card wouldn’t work sometimes. Housekeeping covering a new sheet over dirty old moldy sheets under it. The lamp and desk had no stability to it. Lamp kept falling while the chair was creaking. The shower knob…the first night I thought the hot water would slowly turn on warmer, but quickly realize the cold and hot signs is on the wrong side smh. The...
