“Sehr sauber und tolle zimmer, Frühstück war sehr gut und ebenso die Auswahl. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam, bekamen glutenfreie Produkte für meine Tochter ohne etwas zu sagen weil sie sahen dass wir glutenfreie Backwaren mitgebracht haben. Die Anfahrt etwas kompliziert da dort jedes hotel in einer Fußgängerzone ist aber es ist machbar.”

“Lovely spacious apartment, very central. Unfortunately noisy at night, music and laughter until 3am most nights despite being in top floor apartment with all windows shut. Otherwise a lovely place to stay and had everything we needed, helpful reception and very clean.”

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with all the amenities we needed. The pool was beautiful, included with our stay, and very family-friendly. Overall, a lovely experience and a great place for families. We would happily stay again!”

“Friendly welcome and everything explained in detail. Shown to room and offered help with baggage. Explained how everything works in the room. Allocated parking space, which is the same number as room number. Bottle of wine on arrival, was a lovely touch. Room was fresh and clean. Lots of storage in the bedroom, and lovely shower. Amazing views. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great location near lake. You have to go to another hotel for check in/out which was inconvenient with luggage since we were not driving. Dining, grocery, and shopping nearby. Noisy in the evening outside”

“Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday...

“Wurden von Fr. Linda sehr nett am Gardasee empfangen. Hotel ist nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, da mitten in der Innenstadt. Jedoch ist man in ca 5min zu Fuss bei den Hotelparkplätzen in der Tiefgarage.”
