“This hotel is under new management. They have not a fantastic job renovating it. There is a great deal of attention paid to every detail by the manager. The rooms are very clean The beds and the linens are very clean and new they have coffee makers microwaves range in the room. “We did not have an arm chair in our room, only a desk chair. It seemed odd. Very clean Hole in bathroom door Handle in shower was barely able to turn off water. Glad that curtains did not cover the heating/cooling unit.”

“The staff was amazing at the front desk and in the water park. Breakfast was pancakes, biscuits& gravy, fruit, yogurt, cereal, several different bread options. The water park might consider allowing adults in after 9pm especially for the hot tub and lazy river. ”

“Great modern vibe and the lake view was as pictured. It snowed one of the nights and I flet like we were in a snow globe. Nice amenities with friendly staff and owner. Looks like the beach area is nice with 2 large shared bonfire pits. Highly recommend!! I will be back.”

“Super nice and simple room. Perfect for the simple town! Parking was easy and not far from the entrance. Lots of little shops, but we were there during Easter so not much of it was open. We were able to check out Cuyuna Brewing and Iron Range Eatery. Both good and friendly. Didn’t have to communicate with the staff during our stay. ”

“There was virtually nothing left at 8AM no eggs 2 sausage and no bread we had to wait for staff to come in and they were rude saying well it was just full. Then it was so cold in the breakfast area you could not sit and enjoy your breakfast when some was finally ready. ”
