I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at SpringHill Suites in the Glendale/Peoria area. When I say the entire experience was AMAZING, I mean AMAZING! This is exactly what hospitality is supposed to look and feel like.
First, Mina B. in management deserves a HUGE shout-out. You can tell when a property is being managed with care, attention to detail, and high standards, and it absolutely shows here. Everything was handled so professionally, and the overall experience was pristine. Mina B., you are doing an incredible job!
Now let me talk about Raynette at the front desk, because BABY… somebody needs to give this woman a masterclass to teach! 👏 Her customer service was HANDS DOWN some of the best we have ever experienced at a hotel. She was warm, welcoming, professional, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests instead of just another room number. Raynette could literally write the book on exceptional customer service! Other people in hospitality could learn A LOT from her.
And then there was our housekeeper, Alexa. OH. MY. GOODNESS. 👏👏👏 This woman did a PHENOMENAL job! Our room was cleaned beautifully and with such attention to detail. There is nothing better than coming back after a long day to a room that looks, smells, and FEELS freshly cleaned. Alexa clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves because employee"
