โI made a reservation 8 nights. Between staying, I realized clogged bathtub drain. The hotel changed the room. It was nice. This is a hotel for one day stay.
After check-out, the hotel fee was charged twice. 8 days have passed since check-out, but the problem has not been resolved.
Please cancel the double-charged fee.โ
โWe stayed two nights at the Prairie Hotel in a 3rd floor room with a view of Mt. Rainier. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, and we slept well in the beds. The manager at the front desk was very helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants and bicycle rentals (we were in town to ride the scenic Chehalis Western and Yelm-Tenino bike trails).โ
โThe Hilton Garden Inn Olympia was a clean, friendly, easy access hotel. The restaurant was clean, prompt and delicious. Only downside, if you were staying longer than one night, it was a small drive to most tourist type attractions and shopping. I only stayed one evening and it was perfect for my needs!โ

The only thing I did not like was, we had our two cats with us and the hotel required us to follow the one person had to be the room with our cats at all times. We were in Lacey looking to buy a home and putting the cat item plus the cats in our car to look at homes was a major problem. When we wanted to go out to eat we had to take the cats with us.โ
