The immediate surrounding areas were under construction and noisy. The front desk staff were nice but unprofessional. The rooms were cool but very outdated. The bed was comfy, but surrounded by mirrors.

My check in went very smoothly, I arrived around 11pm on Saturday, I want to give a shoutout to the FD clerk, he had an adorable dog with him, I don’t remember his name but he was very nice and attentive, my friend was searching were to stay and ended up booking a room too! Excellent service, rooms are clean. Perfect romantic getaway <3

The Postmarc Hotel is safe and quiet and well situated close to the lake and restaurants. The room was spacious, but we didn't like the "spa shower and tub" which was only enclosed by curtains. The shower was very uncomfortable on the soles of our feet too. Worst of all, there's no elevator, so to haul luggage up stairs to rooms was very difficult. We would not stay there again.

Updated bathroom was top notch, but updated/increased electrical outlets would have improved the stay. Complimentary bikes was a nice touch, but we didn't have a chance to try them out. Appreciated the free coffee and tea in the morning.

Property is at a great location, 2 min walk from the lake / beach and various restaurants. The property itself is pretty dated. Stayed in a deluxe king room. Highlight of the room was a jacuzzi. Bed and chairs were very old, sagging and begging to be replaced. Definitely not worth the $$ paid to stay here. Highly advise the property to get the basics right before providing things like free 3 hour bike rentals.

Kinda hate giving this 3 stars because it’s truly unique property. The problem was the noise. They placed us at the far west right up against a building under construction. The sounds started at 7am and were completely unbearable. I’d stay here again once the construction is done, but that side of the hotel should honestly be shut down for now.

The location is great. You can walk to the doc to take a cruise or rent a boat, or visit the Riva grill. About a mile from stateline if you're a walker. I didn't find the front desk staff to be very welcoming. I'm used to a hello and a smile rather than a stern look and a 'can I help you.' rooms outdated but comfortable enough.

Very relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay as a couple wanting a relaxing weekend. We found the room a bit dated but we did go on a holiday weekend and this was the only room left. There were other rooms that were more remodeled.
