"The staff was very helpful and moved our family to a larger room, which was very comfortable. The location by the Thames river was excellent as well."

"I stayed at two different rooms, plumbing work in the shower rooms are extremely bad, shower hole leaking, the first room shower room’s drain was completely clogged, I changed for another room, the second room water was leaking badly to the floor of the living room with the shower room door completely closed, the plumbers of this hotel don’t know what they do or just do very lousy jobs. No early check in, or I have to pay extra for each hour of early check in."

"It was an awful eperience staying at Novotel waterloo. I spent £410 for an night. We checked in very late night around 1:00 AM. When I entered in the room it was very disgusting smell coming out of toilet and bathroom. so I called reception then the lady came with the room freshner. We couldn't slept for whole night as it was so hot because air conditioning wasn't working at all. Kids were crying for the whole night. Worst ever experience. I stayed with alot of different Accor brand hotel but this time it was that bad that won't be going with any Accor brand hotel. I told at the reception about everything and they apologies."

Breakfast was a real highlight, with something for everyone and absolutely nothing missing. We’d recommend this place without hesitation and will certainly be back on our next trip to London."

"What can we say? Another fantastic trip and stay. Right from the beginning, we felt welcome and comfortable; nothing was too much trouble for the team. All the staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our visit. This is the "go-to" for my son every time we visit London.
