"Stayed with family (kids in tow) Aug. 23-30 at the resort & had the best time! The property was clean, staff was friendly (everyone was kind, helpful & almost always smiled!), the pools were warm & clean & the ocean was warm too! The game room & kids club came in handy for sure when it rained a few days for a few hours! If you frequent the beach, I would definitely wear sandals or water shoes as there are rocks in the water & the sand is grainy. The food is alright, nothing too spectacular but I'm not a picky eater so there was more than enough for me to eat (as well as the kids). We stayed in room 7321 with the bunk beds & it was nice & spacious. The one sink tap was a little wobbly & the toilet paper holder was starting to come off the wall but that's it. I didn't overly love having the sinks & shower in one open area & then the toilet in a small room on it's own. The open area with the sink & shower is a bit tricky when it came to visitors (yes there is a curtain to separate it from the sleeping/lounging area but you had to walk by the open area with the shower to go past the curtain into the sleeping/lounging area). Tipping - the staff prefers to be tipped in US. We had Jamaican dollars & one staff member (he worked in the Cafe), voiced that 'they are used to that currency'. The resort wasn't busy (as it wasn't their high season) which was nice & we could get the chairs/loungers that we wanted. We also met a lot of locals! Would 10000% come back again! Yah mon!"

"All staff were wonderful! Melvin, Collin, Darrin, Tina, Kimi and all the restaurant staff were exceptional. Food was fabulous, grounds impeccable, pools clean! Everything was a 10 out of 10! We will be back!"

"My husband and I had a great time! So much to love about this place: the lovely treehouse-style accommodations nestled amongst the beautiful foliage, the illusive hummingbirds and tree frogs, the delicious buffet and The Chef's Table dining experience, 7-Mile Beach, the design motif throughout the resort, and the professional and friendly staff. "Room was nice bathroom was nice shower had great pressure like I love. All the pools were great with plenty of chairs to seat. Beach was cool the hecklers got a little bit annoying. The buffet food was so good & flavorful with plenty of options loved how many vegetable options they had. Had a swim up pool but wasn’t big enoughto actually swim. "
