“The room was pretty; however, the loveseat was torn and unusable as a pull out bed. We didn't need it for that, but for those who would need it, a no go. We even spoke to a lady who was snorkeling that said hers was torn also and that it took 4 hours for her to get sheets for it. That they just kept telling her to call back when her kid only wanted to go to bed. I understand that the staff need to do their best to sell you things, that is understandable. But, we were treated like not buying into...

“Staff was amazing, food was great, amenities and activities were all great. My only suggestion, they could provide a map of the grounds, shops, amenities and restaurants to each guest upon arrival.
